About

We don’t treat symptoms or label people as broken. Instead, we work with you to reconnect to the wisdom, clarity, and wholeness that already lives within you. Psychedelic tools like psilocybin mushrooms don’t do the healing — they help reveal what’s always been true: that your authentic self is already whole, wise, and ready to be realized.

Our approach is holistic and personal, rooted in the belief that deep healing happens when your full story is seen, your intentions are honored, and your path is supported. We walk with you before, during, and after the journey—helping you integrate what you’ve discovered into real, lasting change.

You’ll never be rushed, pushed, or pathologized here. This is sacred work. Every step is guided with care, respect, and the understanding that real change unfolds over time. Whether you’re navigating grief, seeking clarity, or longing to connect to something deeper, we’re here to offer grounded, soulful support at your pace, in your way.

  • Our private psilocybin ceremony is designed for those ready to go inward—with expert guidance, clear structure, and strong ethical standards

We use high-quality, full-spectrum psilocybin mushrooms in a controlled, confidential one-on-one setting. This is not a group retreat or recreational experience. It's a guided, intentional journey—held by a trained facilitator who supports you every step of the way.

This work is about getting clear—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. People come to these sessions to process trauma, shift long-held patterns, or reconnect to something deeper within themselves.

    Lasting Transformation Backed by Research:

Clinical studies from institutions like Johns Hopkins, Stanford, and NYU consistently show psilocybin’s potential for long-term mental and emotional wellbeing.

    According to studies:

    • 87% report increased life satisfaction for months or years after a single psilocybin session

    • 70% say a single psilocybin session ranks among the most meaningful experiences of their lives—alongside getting married or the birth of a child

Below, you’ll find details about how our process works, what’s included, and how to take the next step.

When you return, we’ll close the space with gratitude and gentle reflection. If you feel called, you’re invited to share what’s present. Integration begins here.

    7. Post-Ceremony Integration Support
After your ceremony, we’ll meet a couple more times for private integration sessions. These conversations help you:

    • Make meaning from your experience

    • Integrate insights into daily life

    • Stay grounded as the medicine continues to unfold

Integration is where insights take root and transformation unfolds. It’s not the end of the journey, but the beginning of a new way of being. We’re here to help you carry what you’ve discovered into the life that’s waiting for you.

  • This process is not just about psychedelics—it’s about you. The entire arc of preparation, ceremony, and integration is designed to awaken something lasting within you. Even without taking a psychedelic, the combined work we will walk through lays a foundation for deep inner growth, emotional clarity, and spiritual transformation.

Psychedelics are not the path—YOU are the path. Your presence, your courage, your inner wisdom. The medicine simply helps you remember what’s already true.

When held with intention and reverence, a psychedelic ceremony can illuminate that truth, offering you tools, insights, and ways of being that you can carry for the rest of your life.

We’re honored to walk beside you in this journey.

  • Río is a psychedelic guide, integration coach, and the founder of Brooklyn Psychedelic. He’s guided hundreds of people through psilocybin and ayahuasca ceremonies across Mexico, Peru, and the U.S.

His path has led him from the Amazon rainforest, where he apprenticed with Shipibo elders, to the Himalayas, where he trained in yoga, meditation, and breathwork. He spent years in Oaxaca studying mushroom medicine—including the lineage of María Sabina—and has walked with the Wixárika people of Northern Mexico, guardians of the sacred Peyote cactus.

Río also brings a strong academic foundation to his work. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with an honors degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Austin, he completed a Social Impact Incubator at Columbia University and was later accepted into the Master of Social Work programs of both Columbia University and the NYU Silver School of Social Work.

Ultimately, however, Río brings presence. He meets each person with openness and respect — without judgment, and without agenda. His role is not to fix or heal, but to help create a safe, sacred space where your own inner healer can emerge.
